I bought a NIB pair of the 40-1043 drivers. RS info looked good for fullrange. I mounted them up in some JE/Labs type cardboard OB's to give them a try. They actually work very well.
What I'd like to know is if anyone has measured them. RS specs don't show the QTS measurement. The way they work in ob, I would think the QTS is quite high.

40-1041 maybe? I have a pair of those and they don't have any specs either. I've tried them in cardboard Metronomes and they weren't bad at all. Yes I believe the QTS is high. I started measuring the TS parameters but didn't get far. I was using a Fostex FE126e as a reference to check my method and it didn't come anywhere close to the published spec so I figured I must be doing something wrong.
Their the 1043's. Did some searching and didn't find much info. I might mod them with phase plugs.
