Hello have an older Punch 45 before they had fuses.
It had a shorted output. I removed the shorted output and the amp powers up and produces audio on the remaining good channel.
Dont have a schematic need to know what the burned resistor is next to the white power wire. I assume it burned while the amp was drawing current from being powered with a shorted output.
Can I replace MTP12P05 with IRF9540?
Can I replace MTP3055A with IRF540?
I have 200 MTP3055E in stock not sure if they are the same as the "a" version?
I can still order the MTP12P05 but I think I would rather use the 540/9540 if they will work in this amp??

I don't know the exact year but if that's the date code on the op-amp, the op-amp was manufactured in the 12th week of 1987.
