Hello everyone I have an old school punch 45 that I've had for years and I would like to repair it.I have no history on it because it was given to me about 16 years ago or more.I have tested it and it powers on the led turns on but it makes a busing sound I don't know if this is normal.it there schematics or voc check somewhere? Any help is appreciated.
Does it buzz with no RCAs plugged in?
Does it draw excessive current when powered up? Don't power it up without the components clamped to the heatsink unless you monitor their temperature very carefully.

In have tried it with out tca jacks plugged I'm , I took it off the heat sink to check the board for brakes In the traces.
The buzzing sound is only apparent when the RCA jacks are connected and the sound is coming from the board
There is no excessive draw an amperage when it turns on as far as I can tell I am using an RC battery to power it in my room and the battery does not go down
Does it produce any audio when you connect a signal source and speakers?'
If not, do you have positive and negative supply voltage on the power supply pins of the op-amp closest to the power supply?
Noises from the board are rarely a concern, especially when the amp isn't drawing excessive current.

There are 2 power supply pins. One is positive and the other is negative. That's only the positive.
