I'm working on a t600-4 that had a down ps and a channel of outputs. Once I repaired the ps, and the channel the amplifier powered up OK and played clear audio on only 2 channels. The other two were just distortion. So I pulled all the outputs and replaced them with known good transistors.
Now the amplifier will power up, yet the yellow thermal protection led is flashing and the amplifier draws 2amps at idle and up to 4amps as the led flashes?
Ideas?

What you did shouldn't have caused the thermal problem.
Drop of solder on the board, solder bridge?

That's what I been looking for, none anywhere that I can see. I throughly cleaned off all the flux and board. So I'm pretty confident there must be another explanation.
Can you tell me what numbers are on The bottom of all the output driver boards ?i have one here and the numbers don’t match
