Rockford fosgate punch 75 no power

Hey guys I have a Rockford fosgate punch 75 that I purchased to use if I can get it working. The problem is no power non of the power supply transistors appear to be shorted. All I get is a slight buzzing sound from the transformer. There is 28.82vdc at the speaker fuses and when the red led is on (even without remote applied) there's 34vdc present. What should I start on this amp? Amp produces no audio either.

Do you have both positive and negative rail voltage?

Positive and negative 15v on the power supply pins of ALL op-amps?

Ok problem appears to be that silver can where remote wire is connected to. I bypassed with a piece of wire amp turned on. What does control in that area? How do I go about replacing that part?
