This amp does not power on.I think it powers up and then go to protect.

If the protect LED remains lit continuously after remote is applied, post the DC voltage on U21. They commonly fail.

Do you have a square wave with an amplitude of about 25v on the tab (center leg) of all of the power supply FETs (to confirm that both supplies are functioning)?
Do you have a carrier wave (square wave) that swings about 80v on the output FETs?

I see audio on pin 4
I don't know what happen but the amp now has output.There was no supply voltage on the op amps when it came in.I have done no work on it just test.maybe something is failing?
