Does anyone have any info on this unit??
The unit will not power on And when i opened it up there is a spot that looks like an 18 pin IC goes there but its missing..
So im assuming it is the power supply PWM chip
Or does anyone have high res pics of the board??
Any help would be appericated

The only 18 pin PWM IC that I know of is an SG3526. Contact Rockford for the schematic diagram if no one can give a definitive answer.
Have you tried Rockford's tech support, they seem to share schematics and bulletin boards with the public through their website.
It doesn't use a driver IC. It has a self-oscillating supply.

The unit i have here is nearly the same as the 1 in your pic..
The LM391 is missing on the unit i have here ..
The LM391 controls the LED'S
So should i put a LM391 in the unit i have here and see if thats what im missing or should i post a pic of the board?

LM3915
I know nothing about these. The photos were taken when a friend brought it to the shop to work on it. If it's missing and the problem is that the LEDs are working properly, install one. It should have no other effects on the operation of the preamp.

I will order a 3915 also do u happen to know a good part number or where I can get a new pot for this since the one that controls the fader is also missing from the pic it appears to be a 20 k pot
Would the missing fader control make it not power up?
I ask because i was tracing the circuit back and the fader control connects thru some diodes then it goes to the main power wire

With the black probe on the 1st leg and the red probe on the 3rd leg, what is the DC voltage on Q4 and Q5?
