I rebuilt one channel in the amp .
All of the smd transistors and diodes are new in the channel I also replaced the bias pot .
When I try adjusting the bias pot it does nothing at all so I can’t bias that channel .
Any ideas of what I’m over looking ?

Maybe something was damaged upon install.
My experience with these amps generally not always, bad smd diodes and or transistors will not let the amp bias.
Also check the bias transistor. MPS6521

You can test the smd diodes and transistors with a dmm. Your going to have to start there.
I'm assuming you tested the MPS6521

Yes I replaced the 6521.
So I guess I will have to see what is causing the issue since everything checks fine .

I don’t get it I’ve replaced every single transistor and diode in that channel and the channel still won’t bias
The dc is 0.14 so nothing major .
I found a gate resistor that wouldn’t read wondering if that was the problem
.
I will know in a lil bit since I ripped the channel
Back apart and tested every single component.

In the future, if you have a two channel amp, use the other channel to compare readings. It's less time consuming that removing a lot of components.
