Almost repairead.
I replaced switching transistors and it run. Power supply is ok, and power stage also. The problem is terrible engine noise, with other amps is ok. in this setup. Is it possible that some capacitors are damaged or something else?

Have you checked the shield ground on the RCA jacks?
Check any aluminum caps on the board as they leak.

Repaired!!!
The problem was with connection betwen "in circuit" ground and "power stage" ground. The small track was damaged and D16 also.
Thanks Sean.

There is normally a electrolytic cap right next to the B+ and ground about 1000uf 16v will be ok to use or higher. Iis connected between the B+ hot and ground if it goes bad you will never get the engine noise out. Usually the end of the cap may swell a tiny bit or be leaking onto the board. However it may look and check fine but be bad.
