Short of buying a reflow oven, any suggestions on un/soldering output and supply FETs from the boards.

There are many ways to replace the FETs on the MEHSA insulators. I preferred using a small (culinary) torch. Some people use hot air. I've never used an oven.
I find replacing them in the board, one at a time, the easiest because they won't get misaligned.
