Rio W-41 no sound

Hi
I am new to tube amps. I just picked up a Rio W-41 the tubes glow but there is no music. I here a little bit of crackling when I turn the knobs. Also when I connect the input I here some crackles. But no music.
Where too look first? Does someone know this amp and who has a schema available?
