Resistor value JL 1000/1

Does anyone know the value and power of the R811 resistor of this JL 1000/1?

It's a 220 0hm 5w in the 1200. It's probably the same in the 1000.

The board around the via appears like it may be conductive. Remove any conductive material before replacing the resistor.
