Mine are labeled "050/1 1201 Norway". You can see them in a photo of a disassembled XDS at Audioholics:

I don't need exactly what the XDA processor expects as I'm doing the digital crossovers in software.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm sorry I don't have physical measurements or pics yet, as I haven't disconnected the wires on the back plate yet so I can get the tweeter assembly with heatsink completely out.
Audioholics describes it as
"The XdS tweeter (also sourced from SEAS) features a 26mm aluminum/magnesium dome, self-shielding neodymium motor structure, underhung voice coil, a magnetic fluid-filled gap and a comparatively wide roll surround. (With both drivers magnetically shielded, the XdS is a CRT display-friendly system). The tweeters free air resonance sits at about 1.6 kHz and its first break mode can be found at about 26 kHz."
As you can see from the pictures there,

with caption:
"6: Tweeter/heat sink close up (note metal tube attached to tweeter back); and 7: Cabinet backpanel. Allen wrench hanging from bolt that holds the distal end of the tweeter’s heatsink in place."

Seas 27TAFNC might be the closest option. I believe it's flange is a bit larger than the stock Xds tweeter, so you might have to sand it down a bit. But, it does have a threaded hole in the back, perhaps not perfectly compatible so you might have to get crafty, but it may be the closest thing to the original.

NHT replied to my query pretty fast for a Friday night. They say they'll get back to me on availability and pricing. Fingers crossed. I haven't tried contacting Seas or Madisound yet.
Some pics. The flange looks really small, and the screw hole looks smaller than the one in your pic. Also, not sure that the heatsink would have room, depending on the total thickness of the assembly. There were also 2 O-rings, but one was broken when I removed the tweeter, not surprising for 20 year old rubber, but that's probably easy to replace.

NHT has offered me "the 11-096, which sits on top of the cabinet instead of perfectly flush when installed". I assume he means that it sits against the baffle, not on top of the speaker like a super-tweeter. I can't even find a picture of an 11-096 right now.
So what they are offering on the invoice is:
Parts:NPT-11-096-1
TWEETER, 1" NEODYMIUM, SUPER
AUDIO NEW, A-SONIC - ST4 SB3 SB2
SB1 SD1 SC2 (2 1/8" X 2.5 "
So it seems like they are just offering me the tweeter in the NHT models listed, ST4 SB3 SB2 SB1 SD1 SC2.

I'm having a hell of a time finding info on this NPT-11-096 driver. I did find this pic:

It looks to me like the screw hole on the back of this NPT tweeter is too large for the current bolt. I'd have to drill and tap the heatsink to accommodate a replacement bolt. I don't have the equipment or knowhow for this.
This one looks like a closer match:
