Replacement of IRF9610

It is very difficult for me to find IRF9610 nor IRF9520.
Do you DIYers out there try something different which works as well as the above IRs?
To order them and wait ???
Still wait for the ZTX450 (3rd week).

Dear Ioanni, u can safely use IRF9620 instead IRF9610that I allready use in my projects too. About the ZTX u can use the BC550c series also used in my projects, feel free to ask for any other details concerning your projects.

I already have bc550c in my collection , but no IRFP96XX , IRF96XX , IRF95XX. Still trying to find them in a store in Athens.

I use BC550c in my aleph30 clone without any other modificatios and I am happy with this, as Mr Pass stated in some thread these are generic transistors used in that place because of availability and price.
