replacement for SSP6N60A transistor

any one knows what was the posible equivalent of this transistor? and where can i find the data sheet for this transistor? i cant find this device in my country pls help.

Possible candidates:
BUK657-600, BUZ91, BUZ305, IRFBC40, 2SK1117,2SK1809.

SSP series has been made by Samsung but Motorola and SGS-thomson have produced similar devices which are the MTP series.

I see you mentioned the A version.
There's no way I can find the difference between 6N60 and 6N60A if any so just take my previous post as a guide.
