The speaker I want to build has 4 binding posts connected with bridge. I understand this is made for bi amplification. However, I am never going to use that feature. Can I physically remove two of them and to wire all the wires to the remaining two?
I have moved this to Multi-Way.
Yes you can do that but the odds are you won't notice a difference removing the jumper. Personally since the posts are on the back of the speaker, and you don't see them, and if you don't notice a difference in the sound, then what have you gained?

If you have metal bridges and fear that they may be deleterious to the sound, you could always make or buy jumper cables.
Personally, I doubt they would make an audible difference.
You can also safely do as you suggested, but I also don't think it would be worth modifying the speaker in that way.
