Removing adhesive lined heat shrink tubing

I have a radio antenna connection (screw on type) that I sealed up with marine grade heat shrink tubing, but I need to change out the feed line. The tubing says it's impervious to oils, so I'm trying to figure out if I could use a solvent to remove the adhesive from the metal connector.

I would try:
a] Lighter Fluid
b] Wax & Tar Remover (automotive department)
c] 3M Adhesive Remover (automotive department)

Acetone might dissolve the glue.

Thanks for the replies. To my surprise, it peeled off without any residue. I was afraid that I was going to have a hell of a time getting the glue out of the threads. 🙂
