Recommended WM8741 DAC?

Hi all, i'm new here and looking to get some advice on a good WM8741 DAC that i'll be using in my monitoring chain for mastering. I'm interested in the WM8741 chip in dual mono configuration and require USB input and balanced XLR output.

So far I've had my eye on this product for a while:

Does anyone have any experience with this product?

Is anyone able to recommend another suitable DAC for my needs? I have the necessary skill to solder if required, preferably something in kit form to minimize time for sourcing parts.

Thanks phase. I would prefer something that had balanced outputs via XLR. Any other suggestions?
