I have to sets of soundbar systems with 10" subwoofers..
Have anyone tried to reuse drivers from a soundbar?
I would like to build a stereo system using 4 drivers (mid and treble) and the sub in one enclosure.

Would work as long as you model the drivers for the right size cab
Most, if not all of the sound bars have some type of dsp built into the amp, as to make the drivers work as well as possible in the very small and thin cabinets that make a sound bar
So if you were to use the same amp from that sound bar and just install those drivers in any old box and use that amp to power them. It will 100% sound like junk.
So the amp will be worthless with those drivers after you build new cabs

I have 4 mid/woofers and 2 tweeters and the crossovers from a Sony soundbar and always planned on building these cinder block speakers but haven't got around to it.

I am building a boom box out out of 4 jbl sat 2 speakers (3.5" neo woofer 2 per speaker. I will keep the same volume on the new chambers and same port, 1" x 4". My only change will be to get "fresh" tweeter ( same part with a different mount). 8 jbl 3.5 used neo woofers cost the same as 3 new ones (aura ns3) and the used ones came with crossovers. New cabinet, with 10" subs is the plan.
