Interesting, but flawed in several ways 🙂 Just the choice of opamp is startlingly ill-informed, being micropower and only specified to drive 5k load and above, and more than enough noise to drown out many LSBs.
But 0603 SMT resistors (type / tolerange unspecified) in the ladder? Driven from a CPLD? This is 12 bit territory, not 24!

For the Raspberry Pi, I am using the IQaudIO i2s DAC Pro.
