Pyle ph612 whit hf10ak faitalpro

Hi

I have a pair of home diy speaker, which have a hole that fits perfect this horn...
Can this horn work well with faitalpro hf10ak?
I want to use this driver because I have a PA sistem whit this driver, and if it's necessary, I can replace the PA driver with the home driver...

It ofcourse can work together. You have to use a screw-on adapter though. That would be i.e. this one or something similar.

The adapter would need to be modified anyway. The throat of the Dayton clone is about 28 mm and quite rough, certainly not 1" (25,4 mm).

Well, I have only the Dayton horn (which fits nicely, no problems), I assumed the Pyle would be identical. I would rather modify the horn instead of the adapter though, that leaves you the option open to use another driver, i.e. a screw on without further modifications and also another use of the adapter. You can use 2-component modeling material for it, if you don't get it perfectly, refine the shape with a file or with sanding etc. once it's hardened.
