I have a non-working PSB series200 subwoofer, I was under the impression that PSB did not give out service manuals after reading the thread on PSB Alpha Subsonic1 but I sent them an email anyway and was surprised to find a return email two days later with the S.M. attachment.
I requested a schematic and was advised they didn't have the information.
The joke of it was, the contract manufacturer they used was only a few miles away from me in Canada.

No, I did get a response that really wasn't what I would call helpful.
Pretty bad since I do own two pairs of Stratus Gold speakers. The amp is a Canadian product, so it blows me away they will not release service information for it. I just informed the customer his product is a write-off simply because they choose not to release information. Thinking they actually do not have the schematic isn't reasonable.
