When the projector is first turned on, the menu will work fine. But after a minute or so it will freeze up and if you are in the menu you cant get out. The video playback is still there and works fine. After it freezes, you cannot turn the projector off using the button, but have to unplug it 
If i plug it back in right afterwards, it will make a popping noise (the lamp or a fuse 
) and the fan will cut on cooling it. I know that that is not good for the lamp or the electronics. Any suggestions? I can still use it, but it scares me. I want to prepare parts for it so that when the lamp goes out, i can retro it with a cheaper lamp.
