problem with my apex ax14

hello, can somebody help me. im just built apex ax14 refer to original schematic. and i have problem here , when i turn on power , there is a sound "buk" and when i turn off after 3 seconds there is drone for a little moment. this only happenned in one side. the other side is silent and i think is going smoothly.
