I finished my amp today with SMPS400A180-UCD180 and when i powered it on i hadn't noticed that the safety ground cable from the IEC was free and had moved and touched the pin in which you choose 115 or 230v in the SMPS. So there was a little flare and little smoke. I measured the smps and it seems ok, 46V,0,-46V, but the two amps that the smps connects to, just play cracks and pops through the drivers they power (active setup). So i guess it must have burnt a common ground...any idea?

Today i went to a friend with an oscilloscope...bad news...the modulator in one amp doesn't work at all and the other amp modulator works in 80khz instead of 400khz...so, my final thought is that when the safety ground cable from the iec touched the 115pin, it must have switched momentarily the SMPS to 115V function and so it sent the double volts to the amps and burnt some parts...
