Pretty good lens?!?!?!?

I found this one on ebay. unfortunately I cannot get. They dont ship outside US. it says:
"This is a Buhl Optical, Model 689-9 lens. It's 9 inch EFL lens, f3.2. "
I think it is a pretty good one.
what do you think?
