Precision Power PAR-224

Hi everyone, i have a PPI PAR-224 preamplifier, does anyone know how to run it withouth a PPI amp?
It works with the phantom power supply via DIN plug (old school amps), but i don't understand what's the voltage.
I know that one DIN pin write +15v and other DIN pin write -15v, so the measure with the multimeter in parallel results 29v more or less, it's right?
Exists a separated power supply module, the PPI PSM-100, but it's difficult to find it, and cheap.
Very old and very rare.
Any suggest will be appreciate.

Thanks jkrokenberger, it's right.
So i need a power supply with dual voltage, like the amp's rails voltage, isolated like said from Perry.
I think the same construction of PPS-100, but i don't have internal pics of this.

Yes, it's one of choices about the availables outputs.
I must to take a little box and connectors for to complete it, but is normal.
Minimum working current does 0.1A, i think at maximum voltage (24v), and this is the absorption of PAR-224.
So with +/-15v output the working current should be more highest.
More than enough i think.
I will contact customer service for purchase after holidays.
I saw this too, but i don't like SMD components.
