Pre-emphasis and Class-D

Couldn't find that topic dicussed earlier in this forum. I know pre-emphasis is kind of bad word, but could it be used to improve the SNR of a typical Class-D chip amp like ST TDA7498? That would be easy to test I guess. A passive 75 uS RC filter @2122Hz could be used before the amp, and the LC reconstruction filter should be made to match the pre-emphasis used. Will there be any specific problems caused by a such overdamping reconstruction filter?

the classic 75usec reconstruction filter would need a pole and zero, and these LC filters can only be accurate if the load is resistive and constant. a loudspeaker is far from that..
