The amp draws excessive current ..
The problem is in the power supply section of the amp ..
All fets test good ..
The amp burnt a trace as seen in the pics it goes to winding marked 5 on the board ..
I jumped the trace with wire and try to power the amp up and it draws 60+ Amps of current ..
I cannot seem to locate the problem on why it draws excessive current ..
Anyone have any ideas ?

The Transformer, judging by the discoloration of the windings looks to have shorted windings and will need to be replaced or rewound, assuming the core is okay.

Try powering up through a current limiter and twisting/pushing/pulling on the transformer to see if you can temporarily break the short. If so, you may be able to find and insulate it. Even if it has to be rewound, temporarily breaking the short will allow the amp to power up so you can determine if there are any other problems.
