Anyone know what outputs are being used in this amp?
Someone has replaced the outputs before and they are all shorted ..
Wondering if the FB31N20's go in this or the FQP34N20's go in this amp?

I've seen both in the later version of these amps. I use the 31N20.
The inductors VERY commonly short in these amps.

Do they short between the windings or once they short the core has to be replaced ?
I replaced the outputs and it blew the new outputs as well I forgot to check the inductors

They generally short where the terminal winding closest to the outputs comes up over the top and goes back down into the core.
When you get the outputs replaced again, clamp them tightly to the sink and use a current limiter. If there is excessive current draw, twist the inductors to see if twisting them causes a change in the current draw.

Outputs replaced and clamped tightly to the heat sink ..
With a current limiter in line the amp powers up and idles fine..
I tried twisting on both inductors and current draw stays the same around 2 amps ..
Any ideas why it blows the outputs without a limiter
