Please help. "The wire" quad parallel dual rail lt3042 psu setup for bipolar output?

I have 4 lt3042 psu's from opc and trying to figure out how to set them up for bipolar output. My goal is to power dual soekris dam1021 dac's with this psu. As well as power "the wire" amp BAL BAL and SE SE. Which I believe all of hear require bipolar power input.
Would someone be so kind as to explain how to setup these quad parallel psu boards to output to bipolar?
This is my first project and I have mostly everything built except the lt3042 psu's so far. The amps are built, normunds boards for the dual soekris dam1021, and Kevin yips display kit for the dam1021.

I have three trafo's for this project
Simon tuned silver O-core with the following specs:

54VA 115- 50/60hz (was planning to use this for powering dual dam1021, and yes, I know it's overkill)
12V-0-12V -1A (how can I use this with lt3042 to power dual dam1021's)
12V-0-12V -1A

Second trafo is same type with different secondaries
5V - 0 - 2A (planned to use to for 3.3V DC from lt3042 and hoping to dedicate 8 rails to allow to power diyinhk 768khz (uses 800ma alone!)
7V - 0 - 2A (use 5v DC from lt3042)
9V - 0 - 2A
12 - 0 - 1A

Third is also same type trafo with different secondaries
15V - 0 - 1A (planned to use to power BAL BAL)
15V - 0 - 1A (I believe this would be needed for bipolar input to BAL BAL)
15V - 0 - .8A (planned to use to power SE SE)
15V - 0 - .8A (please suggest best way to use these secondary's with lt3042's and bal bal and SE SE.

I'm really hoping for some help with this. I haven't had much luck finding help otherwise. I am to he point I'm happy to pay someone for their knowledge to help me through this so I can finish my first project :) I'm pretty excited for getting it done and this is a big roadblock for me due to my lack of electronics knowledge. :/

I thought your question was already answered?

Have you started another Thread with the same questions?

I started this thread before one of my questions was answered.

I'm curious still about how to use the trafo's I have for my project the most efficient way. I may just buy another trafo for powering the dual dam1021's

I planned to use the first one
12v - 0 - 12v -1A
12v - 0 - 12v -1A

but i'm told It may not be ideal for dual bi polar lt3042 psu's since they have a center tapped ground.

more ideal would be
12v - 0 -1A
12v - 0 -1A
12V - 0 -1A
12V - 0 -1A

and using two of those per LT3042 PSU pcb.

i'm not sure how to use the trafo I have above... :/ I ordered it originally thinking to use it with a PSU pcb that accepted V+/GND/V- input per rail.
