Guys, can anyone help me to identify this tweeter or mid speaker?
The best is if anyone knows where I can find a replacement.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Cal, I totally agree with you. 😀 These speakers belong to a friend of mine and I am trying to help him rejuvenate them. The speakers uses a 12" woofer and this tweet or mid and high driver.
I have suggested to replace the tweet with another but I have no idea what may be a good replacement. My reservations is more because of the 12" woofer's match with a new tweet. If a new tweeter is not able to play low enough, would there be a hole in the midrange frequency? And the other issue is that the present driver is 8 ohms and I presume the crossover would have been made to this, and most of the tweeters that I have come across (at least, the ones that I wanted to suggest to my friend, particularly the Vifa XT25) is either 4 or 6 ohms impedance. Would this be a problem?
I would appreciate any suggestions or info as I am very limited in my knowledge in this. Helping my friend is very much a case like the blind leading the blind. 😀
Thanks.
