Hello-
I am trying to identify these caps I found in a parts bin. I am intending to use them in an RIAA network.
The top of each cap says 'SATI'. 2 types; 10nF and 100pF.
They are small, beige-pink in color. Cubic shaped; they appear to be made of a type of ceramic. Gold leads. Could be military use? What type of dialectric?
On the sides-
The 10 nF- 103J 50V 9018L
the 100pF- 101J 50V 9016C
I have attached a pic of them.
Body sizes-
The 100nF is 7 x 7 x 2mm;
the 100pF is 4.5 x 4.5 x 2mm
Thank you -Kent

I would strongly suspect that they are ceramics of some sort, MIL-CK05/CK06 size. You can do much better. If you are willing to drive 40 miles or so, Halted has a decent assortment of surplus film caps of all sorts that would work much better for RIAA equalization.
No good eh? Oh well...Thanks for the tip. When I'm in the south bay next, I'll pop into HSC. I sure miss Quinns....
