But allow me to make some suggestions:
The buffers are far from the op-amps.
Are they inside the feedback loop?
The op-amps (and the buffers) also seam to be poorly bypassed, the caps are far away from the supply pins...

One that is because of the op pins very small and exquisite, can't as big chip of GainClone p-p weld , so the overall arrangement is really very difficult
