I am very new to the world of DIY Speakers, having made only one set myself, and while I assembled it, I consulted heavily with the employees at a store to chose the parts. That trip enlighted me and I'm now hooked. Just wondering if there are any good sites, or books, that provide the calculations and background information for creating speakers.
I'm interested in determining how big the enclosures have to be for each woofer, tweeter or subwoofer, how big the ports should be, the general layout and any other information (maybe about the crossovers, filters or amps). Basically the physics behind speaker design. Thanks a lot.
