Is this amp totally unknown? I have seen reviews in hifi magazines in Sweden but maybe it's totally unknown out in the big world.

I quite sure that Nelson knows Mr Bladelius pretty well...I only know his father but I grew up where Michael B has his development site AFAIK...

Thats why the phonostage looks a lot like the Primare phonostage.
BTW the Primare is a very decent sounding phono stage, not quite in the same league as my Ono but one has to consider the price too.

I have the Phonofix and I'm very happy with it. I've not tried that many phonostages but I used to have a Clearaudio Basic which I found a bit bright and edgy in the top. The Phonofix has more details but the hights are not fighing eachother. The phonofix has two powersupplies and is totaly balanced. I've used it with both Benz Glider L2 and Benz LO-0,4
