HI from Australia This is my first post on this forum I have a phase 4000 pre amp and i need to source some RCA input jack sockets These are a special board mounted type Seem to be peculiar to phase gear Can anyone help Ive tried the local products but they switch the wrong way , I wont know what else is wrong till i can get some inputs going Regards Terry
Can you post a picture of the connectors or a link to the amp?
If you have a soldering iron or clip leads you can connect directly to the amp on the back of the connectors.

You can solder a shielded wire on the board with an RCA on the other end and use it as input, if the socket is too difficult to source and check things up.

I see these RCAs on Ebay once in a while. Guys take apart units that don't work and sell all the parts separately.
Thanks for replies I was hoping to find original style replacements but on second thoughts originals are 35 years old too ! corrosion and physical damage are main problems I got one input going now have stereo but no tone controls Looks like bad board connections thru poi sockets Regards Terry
The Molex type connectors for the daughter boards never liked being soldered to the mother board.
