PayPal Friends & Family Payments

This is a reminder to all to not use PayPal Friends & Family for transactions. I trusted a member here and sent $38 by F&F for Holco resistors. I was never notified that he shipped nor has he answered any private messages lately. I have asked for a refund but nothing but silence from him. He has been on the site here several times since then so he is probably reading his messages.

Sorry to hear of your transaction @bigskyaudio. Stuff like this just stinks. If I would do something like this (which I never would), I'd never show my face on this forum again. He's must have a brass pair. These types of transactions between members relies on the honesty and trustworthiness of each party. For the most, these transactions happen every day without incident, and the parties usually a happy. But, I guess there are those out there you simply can't trust.

Hey, sorry to hear this but it is strange that he has been a member since 2005 and has others offers in SwapMeet and there was no problem until now. I really hope this will resolve in your favor..

I have dealy with RM (Rohr?) a number of times and he has always come thru...He is in Norway and may just not be able to respond quickly...

Very curious, I bought a set of matched fets from him without issue. Hopefully just circumstantial and both he and his integrity will be intact
