I don't know if this makes sense in the real world.
It allows gain and feedback at the same time.
The opamp stands for a follower output stage.

Negative feedback path has potential 4x gain.

Best make sure gain rolls down less than 1
before a phase shift >90 finds you on the
positive side of the wheel.
