Hi,
Could anyone tell me where i can order IR21844s (14 pin chip) driver chips? I need to repair 10 amps which use the 3s-tech boards plus the smaller chips TL072C and LM211
i need :
40x ir21844s
10x TL072C
10x LM211
anyone have a site i can use for order.

The item previously listed is the DIP version. You probably need the soic version.

I can't believe the response, i like, i like!!!!!!! It seems the lm211 is obsolete any suggestions?
Thank you Frank, i have actually sent the supplier Perry mentioned an email for getting al the parts from them in one shot.
Thanks, I LOVE THIS FORUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just curious, which amp are these? and, are the chips with the markings ground off are the IR ones?
ok thanks for the info. I have one DD M1 sitting here and I have no idea what those parts were. a little circuit tracing will tell me which is which 🙂
parts come from 4kw and 5Kw boards. i will have look and see if i still have an m1 to check the part numbers.
Sorry for the confusion. djQUAN seemed unsure about the locations for the TL072 and the LM211. U3 is the TL072. U4 is the LM211.

LM111/211/311 are all the same device just specified for different temperature ranges. See the data sheet.

Odds are high you can use a 311 if you can't find 211s.

If you don't get a response by the end of the day, email me and I'll give you the email of someone I've dealt with in the past.

I have finally gotten the parts and as luck might have it gotten 2 brand new driver boards as well. I have since installed new FETS( irfp360LC and IRF064N) and new resistors for the burnt ones. There was sound and i used the amplifier for 2 competitions then it started giving hassles again. Changed the muting transistor that runs down the middle of the board between the power supply card and the transistor drive board . after awhile that failed as well. Now the amplifier switches on but there is no sound, i have changed the transistor again but to no avail. any hints on getting this problem sorted?
