Panasonic su-ch9 getting too hot

Hi guys .
I have su-ch9 Panasonic amplifier getting too hot . I thought it was for stk but yesterday i got a su-ch7 with no sound but panel is working. Opened it for finding problem and because these two almost same i opened ch9 to check and i found its is transformer . Its too hot that i cant touch it after few minutes unplugged .
I got ch7 almost free i think to change transformer but i measured voltage and was different i have to mention that i put jumper on ch7 and its on but i measured voltage cable disconnected from board and ch9 mesured connected to board. Ch7 output :18-7-0-13-2-21-3-5
Ch9 output:28-0-28-25-12-0-0-1
They have same svi3100b amplifier . Also i use 220to100ac converter . And after opening i found there is a primery input unconnected on both ch7 and ch9 im curious if its for using on 220v ?! But main problem is temperature i know it will kill amplifier . Please help me about this . Whats these so various voltage outputs and what can i do for replacement ? I cant find same transformer here
