I need some help on the explanation of circuit, my only question is the resistors in r28-R38 (1ohm 0.25W), why not replace them with a 0.1 ohm 1w resistor. The other on the R69-R73 bypass resistor, again why put them in parallel ? I twould be great if someone could explain it to me.

I prefer to use 1r0 600mW for my low resistance needs.
A box of 1000off come fairly cheap and using 5off for a 0r2 3W emitter resistor comes to ~6p, cheaper than a 3W resistor and more accurate and I have a stock and don't need to order specials.
