Hi all,
I have been thinking of buying a Pioneer TS-W305C subwoofer for a while, but i would still need an amp..
So...
I have a 550VA 22-0-22 EI trafo... but the only way to get 200 watts and more is by bridging 2 amps into 4 ohms (2 ohms per amp).
So what I want to know is can I double up the output transistors on the P3A amp, and run them at 31 VDC +/- into 2 homs each and bridge them for a 4 ohm Speaker?
Thanks,
Kinser
P.S.
I would rewind the trafo.. but the wire is too expensive!
