Hello all!
This is great place and it got me really interested into PJs.
I got overhead projector with roll out screen and I decided
to buy ovation 820 LCD panel.
Composit and S-video work fine but I am having problems with
VGA input ...
I can see DOS letters but once GUI kicks in picture is gone.
Resolution on this panel should be 640X480 and my Radeon 9800 AIW
does not allow me to go lower than 800X600 ??!
If I select 800X600 and put refresh on 60Hz I can see image flashing on the screen. Higher refresh rates do not work even that much.
I got panel on the ebay and it had no instructions.
What can I do here ?
Even crappy old video cards do not support 640X480 any more.
Any ideas or maybe link to manual would be much appreciated.
Also input from other panel owners would be great.
I am sure there is a lot of similar panels around and maybe
somebody figured it out...
I searched for solution but I could not find anybody having similiar problem...
Thanks!

I figured it out ...
Under advanced "list all modes" allows me to select proper resolution for panel.
Everything works great...

820 Panel solution
Hi, when you say you figured it out under advanced and set for panel resolution, where is this advanced control. Is it on the panel or within the panel settings or is it on the computer supplying the signal and in that video card? Thankyou.

Re: 820 Panel solution
