I know that if you look on the DIY section of this site, under the amp section and projects, you'll find a link for a guy named Andre C. He has an awesome site with tons of tube and transistor amps. I did see at least one OTL amp referenced on his site.
Also, do a serch for a site called K-amps. Some very interesting amp schematics on that site. They are divided by topology. I bet there is at least one or two OTL on there.

Try searching http://www.google.com for OTL amp DIY schematics "tubedesignation" or some variation of that.
There is a lot of stuff out there, and some of the Japanese links in particular are very neat.
