I have Technics SL-D202 direct drive with Ortofon F15 MKII, i have a feeling that there is a luck of highs. Anyone with experience about this?
Also there is a noticable variation of speed on my turntable.
Any suggestion please.

Have you tried altering the VTA? Tail up generally increase highs, lessens lows, tail down emphasizes lows.

Yes, I tried VTA few days ago and I achieved some improvements, but it needs more settings still. I think it will take some time to find the right position.
Ortofon MM cartridges often need more load capacitance than other types.
It means that there is special MM phono stage for that kind of cartridges like Ortofon?
No, just add some capacitance at the input. I think Ortofon used to do an add-on for this: phono socket to phono plug, with added capacitance.
