Ya it's just two connections connecting straight to two diodes. Ac voltage across winding is 2.6v. So I dont know if that winding is bad. Other voltages and waveform for main transformer windings are good.
I dont see any diodes besides these two. Other side of board windings are not connected to anything.
10ohm is good. And there are only two diodes.
I powered it up without current limiter and I got 12 volts on low voltage pin but as soon I soldered 2184S it gone to 4v. 2184S is new.
One of the vias was not good. Problem solved. Problem was in the board itself.
