Hello,
I own an Orion 5000.1d amplifier, and I am facing some issues with it. Whenever I connect it to my power supply, the voltage drops by approximately 7 volts from 14 volts. As a result, the amp does not produce any sound output.
I have already checked the transformers for any short circuits but did not find any. I am now wondering if such a voltage drop is normal for this type of amplifier on a test bench

What's the current rating of the supply?
this amp has dual terminal am using one side of the terminal
I bought the amp from wholesale to repair and sell

Why is 0.2 amps of current dragging the voltage down 7v?
Confirm that you read 0 ohms between all grounds and 0 ohms between all B+ terminals on the amp.

Both terminals indicate a reading of 0 ohms, with one terminal reading positive and the other negative.
Pull one end of the resistor and measure from each solder pad for that resistor to the primary and secondary grounds. Does that resistor bridge those two grounds together?
What's the resistance between the primary and secondary grounds with that resistor out of the circuit?

After removing the bridging resistor, I measured 271.8k ohms on the primary side and 0 ohms to ground on the other side.
To clarify. one end of that resistor reads 0 ohms to the primary ground. <<?
Does the other end of that resistor read 0 ohms to the secondary ground?
