Does anyone have a clue as to what these transistor part numbers are that are not marked on the paint diagram. I can't read the other ones. Thank you

You can tell some by looking at what you have. The rectifier that's broken (two internal dies visible) is the opposite the polarity of the SF163.

The 7915 will be matched with a 7815. The 7815 will have the ground terminal in the center, vs on the first terminal of the 7915.

Wiping on then off some heatsink compound on the other components may let you read them.

I did a search on 275sx and came up with some hits, also there was a 250sx.

Your amp has the 7812 and 7912 not the 15's.

I am putting yours back on the bench now.

Yes, there is another 222sx here.
Also a 250sx and a 2125sx

Also if you can get it fixed I am going to order some wire as there are 10 of them here that are al going to need + and -

I believe the amp has 7812, 7912, 7815, and 7915. I believe they are across from each other.

I am going to replace D44H11 with 3205's and change the gate resistors.

I will test these other 3 amps this week and see if the work.
I am sure the 2125sx is non operative as the covers are off.

You can't generally replace bipolar transistors with FETs.
