Amp will not power up I’m only getting 0.24 volts on pind 8,11,12 of the 494 .
I checked the circuit but didn’t find anything .
What am I missing here since I can’t find the fault

I don’t get it I replaced the 06 and and still only getting 0.24 volts on the 06 the 494 and the thermostat

Are you sure that you have remote voltage at the board?
Find why pin 1 of the optocoupler has no voltage.

From the diagram and your readings it looks like the A06 is not being turned on by the optocupler. You have two in the circuit and both are connected to the remote turn on circuit. I’d troubleshoot the remote turn on circuit. You have multiple diodes and resistors in that circuit that could fail or you may have a defective optocoupler, or an open trace.
Ok I had a bad solder connection on the remote wire where it solders to the board .
That problem is fixed .
Next problem I have is when trying to power the amp up it draws excessive current . I took one of the fuses out and amp will power up normally .
Since the fuse is removed and the amp will power up does this mean the fault is in the output section of that channel ?

If the other channel works normally, it could be one of several things. Shorted or leaky outputs or drivers, defective rectifiers, shorted transformer, defect in the second power supply...
